The player explores the world with his dragon close behind in a similar fashion to a Legend of Zelda game.
The dragon has many unique abilities that get discovered throughout the game.
He will also ride it between the islands.
On the islands, the player has to free the captured dragons and fight bosses.

Story
Scribbler is a scholar who cannot remember his past while Patch is a unique breed of dragon, a Chimeragon, with new, unexpected powers they discover along the way.
They discover the ruins of Havenholme and must explore the islands to find the villains who destroyed it.
