Game Play
The game offers an open world map on the mysterious Watfort island with various structures to indicate points of interest.
You will be able to switch between 7 characters to traverse around, using the lead Luffy will offer you reach far away items with his stretchable arms. Each character will have their own unique abilities to aid you in obtaining items or explore difficult to reach places.
Landscapes
Alabaster - Huge dessert plain that you have to travel most of the time on foot.
Marine Fort - Port waterway which is beautiful and let's you discover hidden places with many puzzles to solve.
As you engage with enemies, your characters will be segregated by different spaces and cannot move out, but for range characters, they will be able to assist other characters by jumping or shooting at far away enemies.

Side Quests
Side quests have mini stories and rewards.
Completing fractured memories will allow your team to gain team attacks skills.
Bounty hunting gives you large bounty and find out about these wanted characters, however upon completing the task, you have to pay the taxes before obtaining the bounty.

Battle
Each character will have an elemental skill that will counter 2 weaknesses of an enemy.
Status effects are also available like poison and bleeding.
Characters will also have gender weakness, where men cannot be used to attack woman and cannot block woman attacks.
There are various counter combo attacks which allows players to deal massive damage in unique ways.
There are tons of enemy designs that keep the game interesting and with each type having unique counter skills for different attacks.

Memory Cubes
These cubes allow you to upgrade and customize your character skills when you obtain them in game.

Cooking
Making your own food can allow you to create dishes that can help to buff, heal characters when consumed.

Crafting
Creating these crafts will allow you to use them for status buffs, increase XP for next few battles.
